Wizards Hang Tough with Mighty Bulls
On a night that reigning MVP Derrick Rose went for a season high 35 points, the Wizards put up a valiant effort against the Chicago Bulls.
The Wiz recovered from poor shooting in the first three quarters and gave the mighty Bulls a scare in the fourth.
The Wizards unveiled a full court press in the 4th quarter, something they haven't done all season. Even with Rose going off like gangbusters, John Wall had another solid game.
Nick Young got hot in the 4th but it was a too little too late.

JaVale McGee was one rebound away from a double-double and added his customary 3 blocks.
Trevor Booker provided quite the spark off the bench. He checked everyone from Joakim Noah to Kyle Korver, sometimes looking like the only player who wanted to play defense.
Jordan Crawford was ...Jordan Crawford. He went 5-16 from the field and in typical Crawford fashion: most of the shots were bad shots.
Another note is how well the team plays sans Andray Blatche. Granted his offense was missed last night but it's quite refreshing to watch a game and not question the team’s effort. This team that everyone outside of the DMV thinks is the worst team in basketball just hung around with a championship contender and an MVP performance from an MVP.
Let's not forget that this team is young and mistakes will be made but as far as effort and energy. Bravo.
