He's bad... that's all there is to it. There are the one in five games where he makes me believe he's gonna break through, but then he comes back and just stinks up the place for the next four. He's among the top (if not THE top) in hit batsmen and wild pitches. He's just a hurler who can throw the ball faster than most but it doesn't look like he ever has any control.

Anyways... just getting that off my chest after the loss today.

I dont know what the O's should do with him. I guess trade him if we can get something good.

Daniel Cabrera isn't a bad pitcher..He's just incosistent..I like Daniel, and I think we should keep him..He's proven he can be lights out at times, but also wild..Which is why he needs to be more consistent.

I wish we would have shipped him off while he was like 5-1 and actually looked like he shedded his old ways....now I think we're stuck with him

We should trade him for a young talented inconsistent hitter.....

little volquez for hamilton....on a much smaller scale:)

I agree. :banghead: Hopefully they can still try and get something for him. Like package him in a deal to get a legit power hitter if possible (even though surprisingly imo, the O's aren't doing that bad in the HR department this year, especially in the AL).

chill, every pitcher has a few bad starts in a row, he's still 5-1 and having a career year, just because he's having a bad month does not mean hes a bad pitcher. Baseball is a long as season 162 games, don't get down on him yet. And yes he had no command yesterday and yes he really struggled yesterday but he only gave up 4 runs through 6 innings to a decent hitting ball club. He put us in a position to win the game yesterday so i'm not complaining too much.
