Ill still take the team everybody thought would contend with the 60s Mets for team futility. The Nats have a 36million dollar payroll and are 9 games below .500. The tigers are at 93 million and are 10 games above. It might not be this year and it may not be next year but this organization is moving in the right direction. If Danny could take a cue about how to build a team from Katsen and Co. the Nats would be that cue.

I don't think this series will be as funny as you think. Just a hunch.

The Nats are playing with AAA and AA pitchers and still have a better record as well as better attendence than the Orioles.

Its not even close when you try to compare these two teams. They are going in complete opposite directions and until Angelos figures out that he's gotta restructure the whole damn thing they're not going to change anything in terms of winning.

Fact is, i really didn't doubt that the Tigers would win the series, i think the Nats could even steal one, but this isn't the same team that suited up at the begining of the year. They are a resliliant bunch and alot, i mean ALOT of credit has to go to Manny Acta.

I just didnt think they would sit there and be pounded on like a stepchild.......those kind of performances are reserved for the O's bullpen!
