Summer Overture, prolly the sickest song ever. I am just trying to find the song because it is what is played at the beginning of the Wizards games after they turn the lights down. AND NOW REPRESENTING THE MOST POWERFUL CITY IN THE WORLD........then they play this song it is sooo tight gets me so amped up.

its called summer overture but I think the version we play at Verizon Center is a little differerent, if anyone can find it please let me know I love listening to this

hahahaha damn I was thinkin the same thing...might start incoorporating warm up music at the courts, with entrances and all lol

Now you're talking....but you better have some game to back it up.

Can't imagine coming in to that music and then shootin 1-9. Talk about getting booed out of the gym.

ohhhh I got the game....I am actually going to play tonight at 7, if I can get some music going I am gonna bring the noise and the funk haha

Well since the 13 year olds have taken to calling me the "White Shaq," for my dominate inside play, this is what I use for my entrance music. I even bought an old school boombox to bump it with when I enter the gym.

Exactly right. Summer Overture is by Clint Mansell and his orchestra and the song is off the Requiem for a Dream soundtrack. It is one of the greatest soundtracks ever. My wife won't let me play it anymore because it scares her.

where u play at loose?
i know this was 4 months ago but I play at Freedom Center in Manassas sometimes and sometimes at Hoop Magic in Chantilly

Thanks for the bump. It is good to hear the music again and see the Player Introduction video. I too can't wait for the season to start. I'm especially looking forward to the 1st home game on Saturday against the Magic and am interested to see how the Player Introduction video will turn out and the music that goes with it.
