great article by Mike Wise, he has some solid points, basically what we have all been saying....he talks bout "what if JUlian WRight drops to us", Ernie G, how he has to make a crucial decison(like always) for the future and present of this franchise and make GILBERT happy!...talks bout the team as a whole...good article i have to say!

I'm skipping class for the draft. I don't think I've been this psyched since we had the #1 overall pic (I refuse to discuss that pick.) Wise is dead on. I trust Ernie though. He hasn't steered us wrong yet.

I think Wise has passed Wilbon as the Posts best sports columnist. Wilbon's too busy flying around the country to be able to concentrate on local sports.

Wilbon is on a different level than Wise. Wilbon and Kornholio are fabulous at what they do, and that led them to where they are now. You gotta give Wilbon credit for going from local sports writer to being featured in the NBA finals and of course PTI, likewise Tony being on MNF and PTI.

That being said, i really am beginning to like Wise more and more. His writing is sound, a little bit opinionated, but sound and very much full of facts.

Does anybody else miss George Michaels Full Court Press and Redskins Report. I love the way George interacts with Dupree, Sony, Tony, Riggo, Mike Wise and Wilbon. YOu wanna talk about man crush, ive got one on George Michael, he is the king of local sports in my mind.

Back to topic, great article, i really like the way Ernie has directed this team, and did anybody have any idea just how quickly Abe fell in love with this guy!

George will still be doing Full Court Press and Redskins Report on NBC4 at the same dates and times as always... He will also still be doing Mondays with Coach Gibbs and Sonny, so don't fret... He's just not doing the news or the Sports Machine anymore.
