If you cannot setup your offense and get points, you will lose! If you cannot cover on defense then scrubs will get open 3's and score. If you hit air balls and rim out like an 8th grader then you will lose by 30. If you cannot contain your emotions and play the game like the fans are not their then you will lose.

I will say Gil is no where near his old self, he does look a bit over his normal weight and his leg and wrist might be his legitimate excuse but it has seemed the last quarter of the season Caron has lost a step and Antawn misses free throws? Since when did this happen?

Roger mason hitting at will 2 weeks ago and this series cant buy a bucket, Deshawn looking like a complete and total jackass with his talk and now backed up by his crappy performance.

No matter the sport, when we win they are all over and jumping saying championships etc. But when we lose, it's all doom and gloom, the blame game happens. Seriously, it gets old. I mean sure, I'm upset as anyone that we lost, but maybe you should wait a while to let your emotions cool down before you start posting about how you felt about the game.

It really looks bad, a friend of mine thinks all Washington fans are terrible because of this, but I know our fanbase is incredible when it's in a good mood. So yeah, not much of an entry, just a RANT.

Relax, it's a long season, no matter the sport. One loss is just one loss. Take a deep breath then come back and post your thoughts.

March Madness, baby! Not only that, but I'm really trying to buckle down with the police business. I've got a physical strength and agility test on Saturday and on Tuesday I have an interview. I'm actually pretty nervous about it, but mostly about the interview. The strength and agility thing really shouldn't be a problem... I just have to remember during the running part that I'm not actually racing against the people who ran 4 years of track and I don't have to beat them, just the clock.
