While I expect the Wizards to be a few games shy of .500 before the return of Gilbert, I also expect that by the All-Star break, you will be back to a nice even .500.
Right now I am going to predict a 43 win season just because Brendan is an unknown. If he comes back I'll bump it up to 46 wins.
